Position Title: Information Technology Technician
Location: BVR Commercial Center Complex
Schedule: Full-time,
The standard work schedule is 40(+) hours per week. Flexibility is required to support offsite events, which may include evenings, weekends, and occasional extended hours.
Position Summary:
The IT Specialist II (IT 2) supports multiple BVR Commercial operations, including Market & Fuel, Starbucks, Economic Development, and the Car Wash, by providing tier 1 and 2 technical support across all locations. This role involves hands-on work with POS systems, network switches and firewalls, and security camera systems to ensure the reliable operation of critical business technologies. The IT Specialist II serves as a key technical resource, responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing systems maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and implementing systems improvements. This position plays a vital role in supporting revenue-generating operations, enhancing customer experience, minimizing downtime, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functionality of all IT systems.

Position Summary:
The Store Clerk is responsible for providing outstanding customer service at the Big Valley Market and Fuel. Primary duties include operating a Point of Sale (POS) system, accurately handling cash and other forms of payment, assisting customers with purchases. As well as daily operations to ensure the store remains clean, stocked, and welcoming.

Position Summary:
As a Starbucks Barista at Big Valley Starbucks, you will create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by delivering exceptional customer service, expertly crafting beverages, and fostering a welcoming store environment. This role requires high energy, attention to detail, and a passion for creating moments of connection with customers, one cup at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly, approachable attitude and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare quality handcrafted beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipes and customer modifications.
- Operate POS system to accurately handle cash and card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including café area, workstations, and restrooms.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures, including those for food safety, store safety, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Support store operations by assisting with stocking, restocking, and product rotation.
- Actively participate in team development by attending scheduled trainings and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Engage with customers to build connections, understand their preferences, and anticipate their needs.
