Position Title: A/P Specialist
Location: BVR Commercial Center
Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments for the Big Valley Commercial Center.
This position ensures invoices are properly documented, authorized, coded, matched to PO’s and receiving documentation, and processed according to established purchasing and payment procedures.
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate vendor records, identifying discrepancies, preventing duplicate payments, and preparing payment batches for Controller approval.

Position Title: Controller
Location: BVR Commercial Center
Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
Position Summary:
The Controller is responsible for managing the accounting and financial operations of the Big Valley Commercial Center. The Controller ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records and provides the General Manager with timely financial information necessary to manage the Commercial Center’s operations and financial performance.
The Controller oversees general ledger activity, financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, budgeting, cash-flow management, accounts payable oversight, vendor controls, internal controls, and financial compliance.

Position Title: General Manager – BVRCC

Position Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, profitability, and strategic growth of all the enterprises within the Commercial Center, providing executive oversight of all retail and commercial operations, and future commercial enterprises developed by BVR Commercial Center, LLC.
The General Manager develops and implements business strategies that increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, maximize profitability, and expand commercial opportunities, while safeguarding the Tribe’s investment and promoting long-term economic sustainability.

As well as daily operations to ensure the store remains clean, stocked, and welcoming.
